Ten mirrored-glass houses, the most Stay ÖÖD has placed at any single destination in the world, sit inside a pine forest minutes from the Atlantic coast, surrounded by dunes, surf, and some of the best light in France.

Seignosse is not chosen by accident. The Landes coast offers a rare convergence: the Atlantic Ocean is directly accessible, vast sand dunes, pine forests stretching to the horizon, exceptional light, and a rhythm of life that belongs to somewhere between the surf culture of the Basque Country and the easy elegance of South West France.
