Stay ÖÖD today announces the opening of Sûr Jumigny: two mirrored-glass cabins set within a wildflower meadow on a historic manor estate on the border of the Champagne countryside of northern France. Bookable at stayood.com, the retreat opens on 20 April 2026.

ÖÖD by Sûr Jumigny
My ancestors left France in the 1600s and carried European traditions to South Africa. Centuries later, I found myself standing in a French cellar that felt like something I had been searching for without knowing it. Sûr Jumigny is a conversation between those histories. The mirrors reflect what is already here. So does everything inside.
Godfrey Hill, Owner, Sûr Jumigny
Sûr Jumigny represents exactly the kind of partnership that defines what Stay ÖÖD does best. The site has extraordinary depth, historically and culturally, and Godfrey and Nico have brought an exceptional level of care to every detail. Placing our cabins within a living meadow, against centuries of French rural history, produces something genuinely singular.
