ÖÖD Extended Houses Make Their U.S. Debut at All is Well Resort in North Texas Hill Country
Saint Jo, Texas — December 1, 2025
ÖÖD, in partnership with All is Well Resort, is proud to announce the official opening of its newest destination featuring three of ÖÖD Extended Houses. Nestled in the serene North Texas Hill Country near Saint Jo, Texas, the property will welcome its first guests on December 1, 2025.
Extended Houses: Design That Disappears Into Nature
The new ÖÖD Extended Houses represent the next chapter in innovative, nature-centred stays. With three mirrored exterior walls, these architectural gems reflect the surrounding forest and creekside ravines, blending almost invisibly into the land while offering guests panoramic views from within. Each unit includes a king bed, sleek dining area, fully equipped kitchen, couples’ shower, outdoor deck, fire pit, propane grill, and private hot tub for unforgettable stargazing experiences
A Vision Rooted in Peace and Privacy
Only 1.5 hours from Dallas-Fort Worth, All is Well Resort offers guests the chance to escape city life without the long drive to more crowded destinations like Austin or Broken Bow. Each structure sits on its own private acre, ensuring peace, solitude, and starlit skies unlike anything found in the city. Guests can enjoy quiet walks along the property’s nature trails, soak in private hot tubs, or simply reconnect with loved ones in a tranquil setting. Guests can explore local wineries, art galleries, and live music venues in town, or venture out to hike the region’s scenic trails or ride the winding country roads.
Adventure and Serenity, Side by Side
At the resort itself, each of the three structures is placed on its own acre of land, giving couples the rare luxury of total privacy. Guests can follow the property’s nature trail through wooded ravines, listen to the sounds of the creek below, or simply relax in their private hot tub under a pitch-black sky scattered with stars. The new ÖÖD Extended Houses, perched on prime lots above the ravine, invite a sense of discovery—modern architecture that vanishes into the wilderness, offering both the thrill of the outdoors and the comforts of upscale design.
A Partnership Built on Shared Values
The expansion was made possible through ÖÖD’s Partnership Program, a collaborative model that has paired global design innovation with the entrepreneurial spirit of All is Well Resort. The owner of All is Well Resort cites not only the business opportunity but also the personal relationships built with the ÖÖD team from leadership in Estonia to craftspeople in Texas, as key to bringing this vision to life.
